Step One: Contact me
☆ Once you have an idea of what you want, feel free to send me a message at any of my socials listed on the icons on my homepage! From there, we can discuss your commission and iron out any fine details, or answer any other questions you may have!

Step Two: Fill Out the Order Form!
☆ Once we have discussed your commission and have agreed to it, I will send you an order form to fill out.
For transparency's sake, it will look similar to this:

Step Three: Down Payment
☆ To reserve your slot and secure your place on the list, send half of the agreed price to me on one of my listed payment apps. This will act as a security deposit and will be non-refundable.

Step Four: Wait for the Magic to Happen!
☆ I start working on your custom piece of art for you! Depending on where your slot is on the list, it may be some time before I can start on yours. Rest assured!- I will send you a message when I begin working on your piece and will send you small status updates as I continue working!

Step Five: One Final Look
☆ Throughout Step Three, I will be communicating with you about your piece, opening the table to minor tweaks. Before I finish your piece, I will send you a watermarked version of it for you to inspect to double-check it. This will be your last chance to request modifications! Once I have your 'Go-ahead', I will complete your order!

Step Six: Complete Payment
☆ After you have given me your 'Go-ahead' in Step Four, send the remainder of the payment to the same place you made your 'deposit' (either CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal). Once I have confirmed your payment, it's time for art!!

Step Seven: Charitable Donation
☆ Once the full payment of the commission is received, I will make the donation to your designated charity and will send you the receipt/confirmation of that charity to you!

Step Eight: Enjoy your piece of 100% Custom-made art!
☆ Once I've confirmed your payment, I'll send to you your finished, watermark-free, piece of art!
From there, it is yours to do as you will with it!- Save it, share it with your friends, upload it to your own socials!
☆ Just be sure to credit me for the art and tag me in it so I can see your friends fawn over your character too!

Terms of Service (ToS)

1. General Terms
☆ Prices are subject to change.☆ I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

2. Payment
☆ Currency accepted is USD and can be paid through my linked Venmo, CashApp, or Paypal.☆ Commissions, as discussed in the Ordering Process, Step Two can either be paid 50 / 50 as stated, or 100% up-front.☆ Please do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

3. Processing Time and Delivery
☆ Though I try to aim for as much as a timely delivery as possible, the time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and real-life circumstances.☆ If there is a delay with your commissioned work, I will notify you!☆ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.

4. Copywrite and Usage
I, "@bronzebriar/bronzedraws" (the artist) :☆ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.☆ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.☆ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.☆ I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.☆ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books. (though I will ask you for your permission first!)You (the customer/commissioner) :☆ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.☆ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)☆ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.☆ You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.☆ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).☆ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement:☆ Reproducing and/or using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.☆ Claiming the artwork as your own☆ Altering the artwork without my consent☆ In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
☆ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.☆ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.☆ If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.☆ If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.☆ If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
